A Mail Service is a prestigious corporate business address (street address and post office box) for the reception of mail and light packages including notification and mail forwarding. Mail can also be collected and held, opened on your behalf, faxed or even scanned and emailed as per your instructions.

Your prestigious corporate business address can also be displayed on all of your company's literature. As a Mail Service client you also have access to Casual Office & Boardroom Hire as well as all Secretarial Services.

Casual Hire – Meeting Room and Boardroom

Prestige Executive Suites at Bayside offers casual hire of our Meeting Room and Boardroom, on an hourly basis, half day, full day, weekly or monthly basis. Below is a brief description of the inclusions of each facility.

Office / Meeting Room


The offices are fully furnished with a Victorian Ash executive desk, a matching credenza and executive chair and two visitors' chairs. Complimented with a print on the wall and a floral arrangement. A telephone handset and active line can be provided, upon request.

Boardroom Hire

Our boardroom comfortably accommodates ten people and allows you to hold your meeting in luxurious and professional surroundings. Our boardroom features:

  • Large Boardroom Table and Ten Executive Leather Chairs
  • Office furnishings, prints and floral arrangements
  • Telephone and Internet Access (by prior arrangement)
  • Stationery - pens and notepaper
  • Large fixed whiteboard and portable double sided whiteboard
  • Television, DVD, VCR and Stereo System
  • Fully self-contained kitchen
  • Light refreshments and/or full catering available upon request
Administrative and Secretarial Support
