| Reception Our reception desk is professionally
staffed from 9.00-5.00 Monday to Friday.
At Prestige Executive Suites,
we understand
that
the reception desk is often the first point of
contact clients/customers have with your company.
It is our priority to ensure that all aspects
of the reception role are handled in an accurate,
efficient and friendly manner.
The
receptionist will answer your calls in your
company name when your line is busy or not
answered and then take a message or forward
the call as
appropriate. For that extra touch of professionalism
our “full intercept” service
will see all calls answered, screened and
announced
by the receptionist.
Reception staff are also available for sending
and receiving faxes, arranging couriers, handling
outgoing mail, accepting deliveries, and receiving
visitors.
We
also collect the mail daily from the post
office, which is then sorted and distributed
to your company’s dedicated pigeon
hole.
Boardroom/Meeting Room
Our executive Boardroom can
seat 12 people conference style, or up to
20 people theatre style.
The boardroom is equipped with a whiteboard,
projector screen, LCD television and DVD player.
Our data projector can be hired for use in the
boardroom or meeting room
Our Meeting Room can seat up to 6 people.
Tea, coffee and biscuits can be made available
in both rooms upon request.
We can also arrange to have additional catering
brought in for lunches or morning/afternoon tea.
Interview Room
Located next to the reception desk, our interview
room seats four people and is ideal for brief
meetings with unexpected visitors.
Tea and Coffee facilities
Percolated coffee is provided during business
hours, with tea bags and instant coffee available
at all times.
We have both boiling water and chilled/filtered
water taps in the kitchen for your convenience.
Secretarial support
We have experienced staff available to provide
you with secretarial support for those jobs that
would otherwise take up your valuable time.
Our staff can assist you with word processing,
scanning, photocopying and collating for most
small and medium sized jobs.
For large jobs we can handle the outsourcing
and obtain quotes, arrange for pick up and delivery,
manage the progress of the job and organise payment.
We can also take charge of mail-outs, post office
requirements, arranging for quotes/pick-ups for
couriers.
The job will be completed according to your
instructions and billed on your monthly invoice,
leaving you free to concentrate on your business.
Copier/Printer/Scanner
Our sophisticated photocopier is also a printer,
linked to our network to allow printing
directly from your own computer in your office. The
machine is also a colour scanner, able to
scan all documents up to A3 size and email
them directly to an email address of your
choosing. The machine
is capable of both black and white and colour
copies,
prints and scans, all paper
sizes up to A3, standard, duplex and booklet
copies.
