PABX telephone system

Our sophisticated telephone system is designed specifically to provide clients with the ultimate service. Calls can be diverted through the switchboard to be answered in your company name by our operator. The operator will then handle the calls according to your instructions, either taking a message or directing/diverting the call to another phone mumber (i.e. your mobile phone). Use your office handset to program a direct diversion to an external number, or if you would prefer, the operator can answer all your calls in the first instance then divert/direct the call to the appropriate number. Diversions can also be activated or changed from the operator console. If you are out of the office when your requirements change, you need simply to call the operator, who can act on your instructions immediately without leaving the reception desk.

Voice Mail

Our telephone system has an in-built voice mail facility available on each telephone extension. Your company’s number can be programmed to divert a call to the voice mail system when the phone is busy, or not answered, or directly (i.e. all calls). The system is capable of recording three separate answer messages - one for each scenario. Messages can be retrieved both from your handset and externally.

High-Speed Internet Access

We have an ADSL2 service capable of providing high speed internet service directly to your office. In most cases, a simple re-configuration of your computer is all that is required. If you have further networking or VPN requirements, we have high quality IT support to assist you in this regard.

Patch panelling

Our patch panel facility allows for easy re-location of all telephone, fax and data points should you choose to re-organise your office or even move to another office in our complex.

Copier/Printer/Scanner

Our sophisticated photocopier is also a printer, linked to our network to allow printing directly from your own computer in your office. The machine is also a colour scanner, able to scan all documents up to A3 size and email them directly to an email address of your choosing. The machine is capable of both black and white and colour copies, prints and scans, all paper sizes up to A3, standard, duplex and booklet copies.

Audio Visual Equipment

Our boardroom is equipped with a whiteboard, an LCD television, a DVD player and a projector screen. We also have a data projector available for hire on site, for use perhaps during your meeting in one of our meeting rooms. The data projector may also be taken off-site.
